What is osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a form of hands-on, regulated healthcare focused on diagnosing and treating problems with your muscles, joints, ligaments and connective tissue. By looking at the body as a whole, an osteopath identifies where movement is restricted, where compensation patterns have built up, and how those imbalances contribute to your pain or injury.

Treatment combines manual techniques such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue work, stretching and gentle manipulation with tailored exercise and self-care advice. The aim is to restore comfortable, efficient movement, reduce pain, and support your body's natural ability to recover. At Warrior, our osteopaths work alongside our physiotherapists and soft tissue specialists, giving you access to a full sports rehabilitation team under one roof.

Who We Help

Weekend warriors and competitive athletes

From marathon runners to weekend football players and elite athletes, our osteopaths help you recover from sports injuries, return to training safely, and prevent setbacks. We assess movement patterns, treat the root cause of pain, and build personalised rehab plans so you can perform at your best without compromising long-term joint and muscle health.

Office professional with desk-related pain and tension

Long hours at a desk, repetitive screen time and poor posture leave their mark. Persistent neck stiffness, lower back pain, tension headaches and shoulder strain are common when work piles up. Our osteopaths combine hands-on treatment with mobility work and practical posture coaching, so you can sit, stand and work without pain, day after day.

Anyone wanting to move without pain and perform at their best

You don't need to be an athlete to deserve expert care. Whether you're a parent chasing after the kids, a hobby cyclist, a yoga regular or simply someone who wants to feel better in your body, our osteopaths help you understand what's holding you back, ease pain at its source, and build the strength and mobility to keep moving freely for years.

What to expect at your first session?

Your first appointment is an hour long and designed to give you a clear picture of what's going on, not just temporary relief.

We start with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, lifestyle, work, sport and any past injuries or medical history that may be relevant. Your osteopath then carries out a physical assessment, looking at how you move, where you're restricted, and how your body is compensating.

Once we understand the picture, we explain what we've found in plain language and agree a treatment plan with you. Most first sessions include hands-on treatment such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue work or gentle manipulation, along with exercises and practical advice to take home.

You're welcome to bring comfortable, loose clothing or the kit you usually train in. Most people leave their first session feeling looser, better informed, and clearer about their next steps.

Client Reviews

“ Luke Bradshaw was meticulous and systematic in narrowing the issues I've been having with my shoulder and wrist, and has been really helpful in bringing down the level of pain and discomfort steadily over the past few weeks. The strengthening exercises he gave have been practical and helpful in strengthening my shoulder back up to full strength and mobility. ”

“ I went to Warrior Sports Rehabilitation Shoreditch for ongoing shoulder pain and was treated by Philip Rossiter, osteopath. Before treatment, I had constant stabbing pain and struggled with basic movements. An MRI confirmed inflammation and tendon issues. Within a month of starting treatment, the pain was completely gone. I've got full movement back and can train, go to the gym, and play basketball again without problems. Philip is a legend. ”
