Lydia Huwig
Specialist Sports and Rehabilitation Physiotherapist
Lydia completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University in 2021, following a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney. Originally from Australia, she recently relocated to London and is excited to bring her skills and experience to a new community. Lydia has a strong personal passion for health and fitness, which fuels her commitment to helping others move better and feel stronger.
She takes a personalised and collaborative approach to care, working closely with each patient to understand their goals, lifestyle, and challenges. Lydia is passionate about empowering people through tailored rehabilitation, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, with a particular focus on shoulder conditions. Her experience includes working with the Randwick Netball Association and the Petersham Rugby Union Club.
Lydia is now enjoying exploring life in London. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her staying active outdoors, enjoying CrossFit, skiing or on the hunt for a great coffee.
