+ What are the opening hours?

We have both face to face and online appointments available from 07:00-20:00 Monday to Saturday.

+ Do you provide online appointments?

We provide both one to one and group sessions via Zoom.

+ Will I be covered by my health insurance?

We are registered with most major insurers, but your coverage will vary depending on your provider. Our online sessions are also covered by almost all healthcare providers. Where insurance providers won't meet the fees we charge our self funding patients, we refuse to register with them. You must get authorisation before coming to us, as you will always be liable for any fees we can't recover.

+ How long are sessions?

We prefer sessions to last an hour, but do have 45 and 30 minute slots available. You will often get hot and sweaty during the rehab sessions and shouldl leave time for a shower at the end of your session. We will often also ask you to use our cryotherapy or electro stim machines, so you should plan a bit of extra time with each sessions. Our online classes last 45 minutes.

+ What is included in my appointment?

You will be given a full subjective and physical assessment before hands on treatment and exercises are perscribed in the gym. As part of your treatment with us you have access to our cryotherapy and electrostim machines. Our treatments include soft tissue, tool massage or IASTR, acupuncture and manipulation.
